Location: Manhattan, New York, North America Manhattan... More accurately, what was left of Manhattan, the first American city to fall beneath the boot heel of the man some call Apocalypse, he who is also En Sabuh Nur, the genetic overlord dedicated to seeing mutantkind achieve its destiny, even if it meant building upon a mountain of humanity's dead. Manhattan was the center point for almost all of the sinister activities as it is the capital of both Apocalypse's empire and the location of his fortress, the Citadel. Manhattan Island also played home to the Breeding Pens, the popular nightclub Heaven, the Hudson River where refugees were dumped, and Ghost Dance, the first link in the Infernal Gallop's road to Avalon. |
