Elizabeth had the ability to increase her size, strength, and mass.

When the cullings had made their way to the green hills of Kentucky, the head of the Guthrie family defiantly held off the invading hordes. While his life would end that day, their father's efforts would allow several of his children to flee safely from the site of the massacre. The Guthrie children were orphaned and Elizabeth escaped with her brother Sam and sister Paige. There, these diamonds in the rough would be discovered by Sinister. Learning that the siblings were mutants, he took an immediate interest in them and offered to sponsor the children as members of the empire. While she and Sam accepted this gesture, Paige refused and would eventually side with the opposing factor in the war and become a member of the Generation Next, the junior league X-Men, calling herself Husk.

Elizabeth and Sam became the most recent additions to Sinister's Elite Mutant Force in his Breeding Pens just before the fall of Apocalypse. Hungry to rise in their rankings, the two were promised the promotion from Rookie to Prelate if they sided with Havoc when he overthrew his brother Cyclops as head of the Pens. However, some of the Elite Mutant Force remained loyal to Cyclops including the Bedlam Brothers, Jesse and Terrence Aaronson, whom the Guthries encountered protecting their former leader during his escape. During the fight between the two rivaling sets of siblings, Jesse caused a steam vent to collapse on Elizabeth knocking her out cold.

Shortly after the Guthries gained consciousness, Apocalypse had been dethroned and minions in his employ everywhere began to flee. Not knowing what the new future held for them, Sam and Elizabeth turned inward towards their familial bonds. They caught wind that Paige had been left for dead by the X-Men in the Seattle Core and took off in search of their sister who had turned her back on them years ago. They discovered her shackled to a wall starving to death and nursed her back to health. Around this same time, they discovered that another of their siblings had survived the cullings and lived through the Age of Apocalypse, their younger brother Josh. The reunited Guthrie Family crossed paths with Sinister once more and together they plotted against the X-Men with the added incentive of being able to take revenge on them for their desertion of Paige.

Paige went undercover and infiltrated the X-Men posing as Xorn. After Magneto left with a handful of X-Men to investigate mutant activity in Mexico, the Guthrie Family coincidentally emerged very suddenly with a public display of terrorist acts in Washington. The remaining X-Men scattered to meet the Guthrie Clan head on. During the battle, Elizabeth drew most of the X-Men's attention. She feigned being injured so that the Guthries could make a haughty retreat. While the X-Men were away, Paige was able to tear apart the vulnerable Xavier Institute from within. Taking Rogue by surprise, Paige easily seized the X-Men's base of operations and the X-Men were shocked when they returned to find Husk was alive, she had taken Magneto's youngest son Charles Lensherr hostage, and the Guthries who fled their battle earlier had regrouped back at their home.

Storm pleaded for Charles' release and tried to reason with Paige, but negotiations for the young boy's life would be cut short as Psylocke snuck on to the scene, slipping in and out of the shadows in order to make her way towards Charles and free him from his bonds. With the boy no longer in danger, the X-Men were poised to pounce on the Guthrie Clan, but their attack was halted by a returning Magneto who was enraged that someone dared to come into his home and threaten his family. The Guthries would pay for this transgression with their lives as the X-Men would show them no mercy. Elizabeth was the first of her siblings to die that day, burnt to death by Sunfire.

In our reality, Elizabeth's power, if they exist, have yet to manifest themselves and she remains in Kentucky.
