Candra possesses the abilities of telekinesis, she can fire psionic bursts from her eyes, and is also able to enhance the powers of others, even if those powers are dormant.

Before joining Apocalypse, Candra was the leader of the Thieves Guild of New Orleans. After becoming a Horseman, she assisted in the raid of the United States Nuclear Defense Arsenel as a part of Apocalypse's Horsemen. Using her telekinetic powers, she was able to grant the Horseman access to the Cape Citadel's defense system which Gideon then used to take control of Strategic Air Command and all the U.S. missile sites around the world. After Sabretooth was deemed unfit to lead, Candra took over the reigns of the Horsemen and unsuccessfully led them against the X-Men. She survived to escape in Apocalypse's Ship, but was later killed by Holocaust in a battle for succession.
